Hello Friday!

My card today is made using the new Tropical Oasis suite, shown on pages 38-40 in the new Mini catalog. The designer series paper is beautiful. This was the first that I had really looked at this paper and the colors are so vibrant! I started out with a Melon Mango card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then added another layer of Melon Mango 5.25 x 4. I then took the 2nd to the largest Stitched rectangle and die cut the Old Olive piece of card stock. I then went to the 2nd stitched rectangle down from that one and die cut the one in the designer series paper. Isnt this paper beautiful! You could stop right here and just add a sentiment in the corner, or in the center of the paper and you got it. Let the paper do all the work. I stamped the palm tree in old olive ink on to old olive cardstock and die cut and attached to the card. The sentiment is stamped in basic black ink on to Melon Mango card stock and die cut with a die from the new stitched so sweetly dies on page 20 of the new catalog. I attached it with dimensionals and then die cut some flowers in Real red cardstock. As I said before the paper could really do all the work for you on this card, the colors are so bold!
